We had a great New Year's Eve at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the great bar facilities, with a good selection of drinks available.
Our room wasn't what we had requested and the hot water in the shower wasn't working properly. We also had a hard time getting the Wi-Fi password from the staff. However, the dinner and breakfast were good, although we were disappointed with the lack of information on the extra breakfast items and later being charged extra. The shift supervisor didn't take responsibility for our complaint, which was a downside to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Best aspects were amazing staff and great bar facilities. Our receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, and the bartenders made delicious drinks. The room was big and spacious, though the water could have been hotter and the duvet thicker. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The accommodation had some great facilities, such as the bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the friendly staff were welcoming and accommodating to guests. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the duvet and hot water were not up to standard.
Some guests experienced difficulties with the WiFi access, which should be addressed for future stays.

The New Year's Eve party was fun and lively. The food served was delicious, especially the roast beef and the dessert selection. The hotel's location was great as it was close to popular tourist attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage of staying here was the friendly hotel staff who were always willing to help.
My experience was ruined by a few negative aspects. my room did not have the amenities that I had requested in advance.
